In 2014, Karthika Insurance (KI), a subsidiary of KICPL, expanded beyond life insurance to offer a broader range of products, including Health , Travel , Fire, Motor, Marine, Liability and D&O while maintaining its dedication to simplifying the claims process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Karthika Insurance observed that many policyholders sought assistance with claims, even if their policies weren't purchased through KI. To meet this need, KI launched "We Assist" in 2017, offering a hassle-free claims experience for all customers, regardless of where they bought their policies.
